Thursday 18th of December, 2008 - Closing Dates for the Festive Season, 2008..
Dear Customers
Please refer to the information sheet available below regarding our holiday break this year.
We have extended our closure date to Monday 22nd of December to dispatch any last minute orders before Christmas.
If you wish to receive goods this year, please ensure you order is to us by 10.30am on Monday at the very latest.
We will resume normal trading as of Monday the 5th of January, 2009.

Thursday 27th September, 2007 - Closing Dates for Remainder of 2007/2008
All customers please be advised that Bellbird will be closed on the following dates:
- Monday 5th of November and Tuesday 6th of November for the Melbourne Cup Day Public Holiday.
- We will complete 2007 on Thursday 20th December at 5pm and commence 2008 on Monday 7th January at 8.30am.
Child Care will need to be sure to carry enough stock in Hand Towels, Hand Soap, Nappies, Moist Wipes and other essential items to carry you through this period.

Monday 11th December, 2006 - 2006 Christmas Closing Dates and Stocktake
Bellbird Kid-Z Management and Staff wish to thank all our customers for their support during 2006 and look forward to another exciting year in 2007.
We wish you all a very safe and happy festive season.
Bellbird Trading hours over the holiday break is as follows:
- Last orders taken on Thursday 14th December for delivery in 2006.
- Closed for stocktake Monday 18th Dec To Thursday 21st Dec, customer service will still be available however dispatching of goods will not be possible due to stocktaking.
- Bellbird Kid-Z will be closed for 2006 from 3pm Thursday 21st Dec.
- Bellbird Kid-Z will re-open for normal trading on the 4th January 2007.
- Bellbird Sales Staff (Justin & George) will be back on the road and available for appointments from Monday 22nd January 2007.
Some other closure dates to put in your calendar where Bellbird will not be open:
- Friday 26th January (Australia day)
- Monday 12th March (Labour Day )
- Friday 6th April (Good Friday)
- Monday 9th April (Easter Monday)

Monday 11th December, 2006 - General Warning About Cots
This is a general warning we felt was important for our customers to be aware of and not intended to cause any panic nor grief for any company involved.
Recent news paper articles have suggested cots being sold into the Child Care Market are not meeting Australian standards. One article suggested a particular make of cot being sold was in breach of standards 15 different ways.
Please check with the supplier you purchased your cot from, and ask for a copy of the Australian FRIDI Approved to Australian Standard Certificate. This should not be a problem if they in fact do meet the standards required to ensure the safety of our children.
All cots supplied by Bellbird Kid-Z Educational Resources meet these requirements and a copy of the certificate can be provided upon request.
It is our understanding that the Department of Human Services is fully aware of this issue Australia wide and can request to see the certificate covering the standards of your cot.
