Delivery Delays

Due to Covid-19 and higher than normal volumes, we are seeing longer than usual delivery delays nationally with our transport partners.

Due to these challenging circumstances, please expect delivery delays of up to 5-14 business days however this may be longer depending on your location and order. 

If you require your order prior to Christmas below are our order cut-off dates by region:

  • 6th of December for NSW / VIC / QLD / SA country areas
  • 8th of December for Sydney / Adelaide & Brisbane metro areas
  • 16th December for Melbourne metro area

Orders received after these dates will be dispatched in January 2022 once Bellbird re-opens after the Christmas holiday break on January 4th, 2022.
This measure eliminates the risk of your order becoming potentially lost or significantly delayed in the freight system during the Christmas closure period.

If you would prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse located in Lynbrook (Victoria), please choose "Click & Collect" at checkout and we will advise when your order is ready for collection.
