Delivery Delays

Due to Covid-19, flooding & higher than normal volumes, we are seeing longer than usual delivery delays nationally with our transport partners.

Due to these challenging circumstances, please expect delivery delays of up to 5-10 business days however this may be longer depending on your location and order. 

Due to the flooding in recent days in Southwest QLD and parts of Northern NSW many of the freight depots are cut off from the main roads and pickups and deliveries will be impacted for the next week or so in these areas.

Transport companies will be minimising pickups and freight travelling to QLD to ensure freight doesn’t build up in the depots as there is a potential for water damage and freight backlogs.

Please allow 15-20 days for your deliveries. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

If you would prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse located in Lynbrook (Victoria), please choose "Click & Collect" at checkout and we will advise when your order is ready for collection.
