These chunky lowercase alphabet stamping stones provide a hands-on way for children to explore letters, sounds and early word building. Each stone features an engraved and painted letter on the top, with a recessed letter underneath that can be stamped into playdough, clay or sand. Children can create letter impressions, practise letter recognition and experiment with building simple words through sensory play.
With consonants painted red and vowels blue, the stones support activities involving initial, middle and final sounds. Position dots help children identify letters the correct way up and can be used as sound prompts when segmenting and blending words. The straight sides allow letters to be placed neatly together, making word building easier and more accessible. Durable and washable, the stones are suitable for indoor and outdoor learning environments.
This set includes 26 lowercase alphabet stamping stones.
Stone size: 40 x 35 x 30mm.
