Good News - We’re still open and operational!

Dear valued customers,

Following the announcements on Monday 3rd of August of further restrictions in Victoria, we are pleased to inform you that Bellbird will remain open and fulfilling online orders throughout the Stage 4 lockdown period.

COVID Safe Plan
We have a documented COVID Safe Plan that our staff are adhering to which includes strict hand hygiene, face masks and social distancing as advised by the Department of Health and Human Services. We have also reduced the amount of staff onsite to strictly those that can't work offsite as per the Victorian Government directive to ensure we can continue operations safely whilst minimising people movement. 

All orders will be delivered via our professional transport/courier network and we are working hard to ensure they reach you within reasonable timeframes despite the current congestion in the transport network.
To further ensure low numbers of people onsite, we will not be offering a click & collect option for local customers, deferring to our standard delivery option instead.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as you may experience some delay in receiving your order or communication from us.  Our customer service team are also largely working part time and offsite but working hard to ensure your needs are met.
Our Early Education Resource Advisors are working remotely and will assist customers over the phone, email or via online video conference so please continue to reach out.

Product Restrictions
There are no current restrictions on product order quantities, however this is subject to change.
