Illuminated by the included LED Slide Viewers, each specimen is revealed in remarkable detail, encouraging careful observation, scientific inquiry and an understanding of how living things grow and develop.

The set includes two LED Slide Viewers (100 x 95mm), 10 life cycle slides (73 x 73 x 9mm) and two teacher's guides. 

The Animal Life Cycles collection features the Cockroach, Frog, Spider, Crab and Scorpion life cycles, while the Insect Life Cycles collection includes the Dragonfly, Spotted Lanternfly, Grasshopper, Honey Bee and Cabbage White Butterfly life cycles. Each viewer is powered by an alkaline button battery secured with a screw and provides over 800 hours of viewing time.
